Company structure

ChineseWorldNet.com Inc. is a registered company of the Cayman Islands and is listed on the OTCBB (stock symbol: CWNOF).  With its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, CWN is the owner of three subsidiaries:

• NAI Interactive Ltd.  (100% ownership)
  NAI Interactive Ltd. is the Canadian subsidiary of ChineseWorldNet.com Inc. and is the main office coordinating the IR/PR, GCFF conferencing, and CWNFN business models. 
  
  
• ChineseWorldNet.com (Shanghai) Ltd. (70% ownership)
  The CWN Shanghai Office was established in 2008 to help  build the company’s presence in the Greater China Region.  The Shanghai Office now helps to create and maintain networks with business professionals, public and private companies, and government agencies in the China.
  
  
• ChineseWorldNet.com (Hong Kong) Ltd. (100% ownership)
  The CWN Hong Kong Office is tasked with penetrating the Hong Kong financial markets.  We expect our Hong Kong Office to be fully operational by the end of 2009.
